STEP pre-incubation program for aspiring entrepreneurs aims to  raise awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation, encourage an entrepreneurial mindset, and  increase the number of promising entrepreneurs creating a pipeline of new blood of aspiring entrepreneurs in the ecosystem. Throughout the program,  participants will team up, develop business ideas, test them in market conditions, create a proof of  concept, refine the ideas, and emerge from the program with a better understanding and  validation of whether their idea has market potential and what it takes to start developing a  business.
